Arvonia is a 170 year old Captain's House, it is located 300 metres from the beaches, shops and restaurants in the beautiful coastal town of New Quay. Enjoy dolphin spotting from the upstairs bedroom windows, or on the jetty with local fish and chips.
There is plenty to do in New Quay and Arvonia is the perfect location to enjoy it from, close enough for even little legs to wander down to the beach it's great for a multi generational family holiday, dogs are welcome too!
Days can be filled with walks on the beach, watching the dolphins or giving one of the many watersports on offer a go. At the end of the day enjoy a drink on the deck at the top of the garden and then an evening of games or a DVD whilst relaxing on the sofa.

Arvonia was first listed on the 1847 Tithe Map occupied by Captain Evan Evans, it is one of the beautiful pastel terraced houses that can be seen from the beach and make New Quay special.
